Here's my last blog post for the Magical Three's. This year, Humboldt decided to be King of All the Dogs in the World. Luckily, we got to recycle his Bo Obama (the First Dog) costume. Here he is at the pumpkin patch with a couple play group friends, Miss A and ghostly Miss N.
Humboldt got to ride a super pony named Champ. Our trainer friend, Jaana, taught him how to groom a horse, go, stop, and steer. After the ride, Bo got to feed Champ special horse cookies. To see Champ in action, check out the video links to the right - HG In The Autumn and September Fun.
This year we made it to Blackhawk for Jack's 9th birthday. Cousin Max's favorite activity at the party? The ball pit. He and Bo are perfect wrestling partners. Lily read books to us! And she created neat pictures on the iPad. Jack make an excellent shot on goal during his soccer game.
As always, Bo loves books. Some of the other favorite activities he enjoys doing with Fred: carrying firewood, playing games on the iPad, "dinosaur races," building with trios, and musical parades.
We had a very nice visit with Humboldt's bio relatives yesterday. Here are three generations: his bio-mama, bio-grandma, and bio-great-grandma. They all live here in town and love Bo a lot.
