Here go the thoughtful three's; wish us luck. HG's birthday was sunny; he got to go the playground in the morning and play baseball with Grandpa R and Grandma B in the afternoon. In the evening, Miss C's family came over to help celebrate. Later in the week, moms and toddlers enjoyed magic carpet rides and dancing at Shoshanna's studio for his second birthday celebration. We collected dozens of cans and boxes for the food bank. HG really enjoyed blowing out the candles and blowing his recorder in both birthday parades. He's very good at growing; he's come all the way from below the charts (on a special premie chart) to the top of the toddler growth chart. And he can hop on one foot, sort of. He can be destructive, but he's mostly very dear and darling.
Had to add a photo of the amazing salvia - Mexican and pineapple sage. It's a hummingbird's paradise until the hard frost comes and takes it away.
