Unbelievably, Bo broke this tackle and made yet another touchdown in the back yard. He really loves football right now - in the middle of baseball season! Also above, Bo's standing in the "chicken window", which is 47 inches high. He's also over 60 lbs. and no longer requires a car seat.

Our play group spent an afternoon at Trees Of Mystery, another roadside attraction a bit north of here. There's Humboldt and Sage talking to Paul Bunyan, who's actually winking at them while conversing. And Babe the Blue Ox. On the way home, we saw the herd of bull elk about a quarter mile away from the herd of cow elk. After such a long rainy season, summer is sure appreciated around here!
I just love these photos. Here are Mango and Chutney on Saturday morning, a.k.a. Pancake Day. Guess who gets the first pancake? The last photo is so serene, yet totally faked. They're both good actors.
